Photographic Prints

Prints are created on 251 gram semi-gloss premium photographic paper using a dedicated fine art printer ensuring pin sharp resolution and a detailed tonal range. The ink used is pigment based, not dye, which the manufacturer estimates will withstand fading for up to 85 years.

The mounts are created at a specialist framing service, I do not frame the prints due to the variation in peoples personal preferences. Normally a single champagne coloured mount is used, but if you would like to request a different coloured mount let me know.


Canvas

I have carefully selected a canvas supplier that meets my high expectations for print and framing quality. High grade canvasses are printed using advanced 12 colour hp pigment based system with a colour fastness of 200 years. The images are heat sealed for UV and moisture protection and then stretched over a 2 inch deep bevelled frame. Some cropping of images will occur, however, I will ensure that the image composition is not affected.


Image Quality

The images on this site have been scaled down and compressed to fit and do not reflect print quality. Prints are made from high resolution uncompressed files that are carefully edited to ensure the best tonal quality.


Delivery

I aim to dispatch prints within 5 working days of ordering (canvasses may take a little longer) and they will be shipped by first class post.
